Last Updated

This privacy choice notice is effective July 6, 2026. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and applies where California privacy law or similar state privacy laws provide opt-out rights.

  • Opt-out requests are available without creating an account.
  • orscmakeyon will not discriminate against customers for exercising privacy rights.
  • Do not include full payment card numbers or passwords in a privacy request.

Opt-Out Requests

Customers may request to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising where those terms apply. The request tells orscmakeyon not to use eligible personal information for those covered advertising or disclosure purposes.

  • Sale and sharing have specific legal meanings and can include some cookie, pixel, analytics, or advertising activity.
  • The opt-out does not stop disclosures needed for orders, payments, shipping, security, fraud prevention, or customer care.
  • A browser-based opt-out preference signal may be honored where legally required and technically recognized.

Sensitive Information

Customers may request limits on sensitive personal information use where applicable. orscmakeyon uses sensitive information only for limited business purposes such as payments, security, fraud prevention, delivery, account access, legal compliance, and customer-requested services.

  • Do not send unnecessary sensitive details through customer care.
  • Payment information should be entered only through secure checkout tools.
  • We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, health information, biometric information, or precise geolocation for ordinary storefront shopping.

Verification

We may need to verify a request before acting, especially for access, deletion, or correction. Verification protects customer information and helps make sure the request belongs to the right person.

  • Verification steps should be proportionate to the request.
  • Some opt-out requests may require less verification than account-specific requests.
  • Customers should not send passwords or payment details for verification.

Authorized Agents

Where required by law, customers may use an authorized agent. Additional verification or proof of permission may still be needed to protect account, contact, and transaction information.

  • Agents may need written permission.
  • The customer may still need to confirm the request.
  • Requests should include only the information needed to process the privacy choice.

How To Submit

To submit a privacy choice request, contact Customer Care through the support channel published on the storefront and state that the request concerns sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or sensitive information limits.

  • Include enough information to locate the request without oversharing.
  • Use the same email address associated with the order or account when possible.
  • Review the Privacy Policy for access, deletion, correction, retention, and additional rights.
